MySuperSales is one of the original MMORPG services that catapulted online sales for massive multiplayer gaming to the level they are today. Find accounts, currency, powerleveling and items for many of your favorite games.
Ease of Use:
MySuperSales provide more flexible search functions than many MMORPG services. Browse for the character type and skills you want without having to search servers individually. On the other hand, you can also search accounts by server, the typical way found on MMORPG services.
This service could be a little more web-surfer-friendly: Only after you have chosen a game do the options like “sell your gold” and “buy accounts” appear.
Feature Set:
You can track your MySuperSales order a number of ways. You can check the box at the time you placed your order to enable cookie-based order tracking, or, you can also use the transaction number in your confirmation email.
MySuperSales has an extensive list of games for which you can buy goods, serving 17 of our list of 19.
If you want to sell your virtual currency for real cash, you can get immediate quotes on the value of your currency. You can also access recent news that pertains to the game you are looking at on this same page.
Transactions:
MySuperSales is a 24-hour service where you can buy all of the popular currency including Adena, Gil, Gold and more, accounts and other items. You may your character powerleveled, saving your valuable time. You can't buy small amounts of currency; they deal only with larger increments.
MySuperSales provides instant delivery at the time of purchase, but there have been complaints about reliability.
Pricing:
MySuperSales offers a low price guarantee for EverQuest but not for any other MMORPGs. The prices for currency are higher than most on this site and you must spend a minimum of $10 dollars when making a purchase.
Game Selection:
MySuperSales offers services for the majority of games we included in this review, plus additional MMORPGs. The most popular games are represented by large icons on the home page, but don't miss the entire listing on the left navigation.
Customer Service & Reliability:
Though this site offers email support, a FAQ page would help solve common problems, and reinstating the MySuperSales live chat would be useful to speed transactions. User complaints were more frequent than the three higher ranked products, offsetting MySuperSales' better features and transaction set.
Summary:
This is a good service especially if you're looking for quick in-game transactions. MySuperSales offers currency, items and accounts for more games than most other MMORPG online services including the higher ranked products, but their customer service and reliability rating is low.
