Ease of Use:  

ItemGarden provides an easy to navigate site, but higher ranked MMORPG services are better designed. The pop-up game selection feature is cumbersome.

Feature Set:  

The game base is small-they only provide products for seven games. However, if you play one of the featured games it's worth visiting this site periodically and see if your server is up for any special discounts. These prices blow away the competition. You'll end up only paying about half of what you would almost anywhere else.

Transactions:  

On ItemGarden you may buy currency through a more complex process than transactions experienced on other sites. Part of the problem is language. Directions are nearly undecipherable on portions of the site. If you can conquer the Trade Process and the Game Checkpass, you may proceed with your transaction.

Pricing:  

You may find some of the lowest prices among MMORPG services at ItemGarden. If you live outside of the EU, prepare to convert your currency.

Customer Service & Reliability:  

ItemGarden is one of the only MMORPG sites reviewed to offer a survey to improve customer service. You may track your order and access live help, send an email or read a short FAQs section. We have not received complaints about ItemGarden, and its ratings across the Internet are good.

Excellent prices may not be enough to overcome ItemGarden's limited game selection, fewer transaction choices, and struggle with the English language.
