Okay so it started okay at first I bought a CD Key from them for FFXI then a couple item's I received the first one within two hours when I was told that it'd be between 1-3 hours for both. The bad parts start now, It's been three days now and I still haven't received the second item not only that but they're live chat is completely useless. I've called them numerous times asking to speak to a supervisor only once have I got to speak to one where he told me that he was going to send me two emails. I have yet to receive ether. I called them this morning and was told there was no supervisor and I then asked for a refund they said okay and they'd be sending a email out. I haven't received the email and it says the order is still intact this really feels like a scam god who knew these people where such fraud artist's.
