My first experience with IGEX would be rated as fair. I had to wait about an hour until I received my product and received a phone call from someone that spoke broken English which made communications challenging at best.
I received an email offering me a 4% discount to buy more online credits and took advantage of the small discount. To my surprise, after waiting for 45 mins, I was told that I needed to fax a copy of my passport or other government documentation to validate who I am. After spending about an hour and a half trying to convince the employees that I was not about to fax a copy of my "passport or other government papers". They said then we can not help you. When I asked to speak to the supervisor I was told they were off today and they don't know when they would be back. I asked for the name of the supervisor and they refused to give me the name of the supervisor. After 6 hours of online chat sessions and phone calls this issue is still not resolved.
To say the least...it is in my opinion that I would not recommend this company, nor will I be giving them any more of my business.
