I ordered some Gold from IGXE and expected it to arrive within minutes. After a day I went on their Live Help messaging service and was told they were out of stock and I would be contacted when it is ready. A few days later I spoke to Live Help again and yet again was told don't contact us we'll contact you and that they are chasing up their supplier. So this went on for a few weeks. After a month I gave up contacting them and thought I'll just wait for an email or phone call. I went to their website recently and noted that it said that my order was completed. So when I spoke to Live Help again they were very off hand saying why hadn't I contacted them, the order is finished and delivery has been made. I have received no Gold. They sent me a screenshot of their character in game at a mailbox with my character name in the Send box. Curiously enough it didn't say under the General dialogue box "Sent" but it did say in those messages that their character had been "kicked out of the Guild". So they are refusing to pay the Gold which has gone missing and will provide no refund either. So I'm out of pocket and feel let down. I suspect that their character took money from a Guild and posted it to me and it has since been returned by a GM. I would not recommend buying gold from IGXE.
