IGXE is an exchange site designed for trading MMORPG currencies, powerleveling, and purchasing items. When you buy and sell through IGXE, you're trading with other players or developers. IGXE provides the marketplace and you set the price. Unfortunately, user reviews include numerous complaints about invalid currency offers, questionable payment policies and poor customer service.

Ease of Use:
The IXGE interface is well designed. Games are listed on the left and promotions are prominently placed.
When you visit the products page, where all of the available currencies are listed, there is a paragraph or two that outlines the delivery procedure. You can also check the average delivery time for the last 24 hours.
Feature Set:
IGXE has live chat 24/7, email and phone customer support for your questions. Problems have been noted in unacceptable waits for customer service.
You can sell currency to IGXE but they don't offer quotes before hand. You first have to submit an email with information like your Paypal account, email account, the server you use, and how much currency you want to sell. The service will contact you with a price and time to meet in the game.

Transactions:
The service offers 24-hour delivery, seven days a week. You can pick up your order right then or schedule a time for future pick-up. When it's time to pay your bill, this service offers a number of payment options including Paypal, wire transfers, credit cards and money orders. You can receive a discount with coupons or a promotional code. In order to facilitate the delivery, IGXE asks for your phone number and may call for verification or clarification purposes.
Pricing:
IGXE has a low price guarantee for World of War gold, but their listed price is higher than most. If you find a lower price, send them an email and provide a link to the place where you found a lower price and they promise to match it. You may also receive discounts on bulk purchases.
Game Selection:
IXGE offers services for more games than most of its MMORPG competitors.
Customer Service & Reliability:
Customer complaints have been strong, detailed and numerous—similar to the complaints received about IGE.
Summary:
IGXE offers comprehensive services for many MMORPGs. Find promotions and news easily, but be wary of IGXE's customer service. If you use IGXE, start small and test reliability for yourself.
