Purchased 2,000,000 gil for FFXI and have received nothing as of yet, 14 hours have now passed since they last informed me that it'd take 1 hour for delivery. After about a dozen emails with 4 different reps including a suppose "Supervisor" named Michael... I've yet to see my purchase show up. Michael informed me that they currently do not all the gil yet and that is why it's delayed. Ironically their site claims they have the gil in stock for my server. I'm giving them 24 hours at the max to have my purchase sent to me. If it's not received by tonight at midnight, I will be notifying my credit card company of fraudulent service.
