If you read MOGS website you get a secure sense that their customer service is going to be top notch. This is a case, however, of saying one thing and delivering a totally different product.
MOGS is quick to confirm your order, I will give them that.

I've always had good experiences from MOGS.com. Live support is always top notch, normal American gamers who actually understand my questions. Gold delivery is pretty quick, usually instant but can sometimes take a day or so when I order a lot,
